Our Unique Concierge Service: Bespoke Luxury Hampers Created for Event at Celtic Manor
At Eurosource we offer a selection of bespoke options for all our customers. A client approached us for luxury hampers of Welsh products to present at a conference. Here is our process for developing these hampers.
Client
Large pharmaceutical company who were hosting an event at the Celtic Manor in South Wales. Our client had 500 delegates that they were holding a conference for and needed a Welsh hamper full of artisan products to present on the day. In order for them to do their job successfully and show their appreciation to the delegates, they in turn require us to provide a reliable service.
We work with a number of similar London-based companies, providing a professional, unique concierge service. Our extensive business experience and dedicated staff allow us to cover contracts of varying sizes.
Objective
We always aim to provide a professional, cost-effective concierge service and to satisfy our client’ s requirements: for example, someone highly competent, a good communicator, presentable, and with an excellent understanding of customer care.
In many cases there are ways in which we can help our client beyond the typical concierge job description and so another important objective is being able to deliver a ‘ value added’ service, going beyond the client’ s expectation.
Actions taken
We researched and sourced the best handmade products from all over Wales, creating the perfect hamper for our client. When showcasing the sample product, we discussed what needed to be changed and provided alternatives to some products.
We physically met with the client to show the sample we had created and the products we had put in there and finalised the hamper to the clients satisfaction.
On top of the Welsh artisan luxury hamper, we sourced luxury travel and stationery tailored to the wants and needs, saving our client time and money.
Outcome
Delegates attending the conference benefited from the Welsh luxury hamper, able to witness and taste some of the top quality products within, all handmade in Wales. This made their stay in Wales very authentic and truly enjoyable, making them want to explore and dive deeper into Wales on their next visit.
Our client recognised and showed appreciation for our professionalism and willingness to undergo additional tasks. We remain in close contact with the client and employees to ensure our service continues to be relevant to their needs.
